EVENT INSURANCE required for clubhouse rentals to indemnity CCGC in the case of a claim for bodily injury or property damage at an event. Renter(s) must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing coverage was obtained for the scheduled time of event no less that 10 days prior to the event. If insurance is not obtained, the event will be cancelled and the renter will receive a deposit refund.

Refund Policy: Refunded deposits will be made within 10 business days after an event cancellation and made by check from Capital City Garden Club, Inc. Deposits will be returned for failure to obtain insurance. Fees will be forfeited.
